Denture Crack or Broken Tooth

We offer same day delivery for most repairs. Many dental offices in the area will also offer repairs, but because we are also a dental lab, the work required is done onsite quickly and can most often be returned back to you same day!

Denture Relines

Your ridge will forever be changing from the moment you get your dentures. Without tooth root tips to stimulate your ridge it will continue to reabsorb. The upper arch does this more slowly than the lower arch and will need relines less often.

A denture will not change over time and become loose, but your ridge will change, making a denture fit more loosely. When this happens, you might benefit from a reline. With a reline we will refit your denture to your current ridge condition, improving the fit and function.

Reline Procedure

We like to do most reline appointments in the morning, when possible, to ensure we can deliver them back to you same day.

When you arrive, we will get an impression of your arch in your current denture to get an accurate model of the current condition of your ridge. After you leave the office, we will re-process your denture to fit the impression just taken. This takes about 4 hours of lab time. Once complete, we will deliver your denture back to you later that same afternoon.

Follow-up Care

We will check for high pressure spots and ensure your denture fits comfortably before you leave the office. However, with a new tight fit, sore spots can develop with use. We will set a checkup for you a week out to adjust any uncomfortable spots that may develop. If this appointment is not needed, you can cancel it.

Three adjustments are included with every new reline and yearly checkups are always FREE for current patients. So please don't hesitate to call if you have any issues immediately following a reline or the following year.
